I found the course probably one of the best I have actually attended. I found the content tailored to the service advisor role most which are normally just general sales technique. For such a long day of onsite training I found it informed and engaging meaning the time did not drag as it sometimes can in courses of this type. The on line training is again directed at the role specifically an I feel this is very good. Thank you.
